Valentine's Day

*Gordy Wilson once wrote;
"Only a lucky cowboy in his life,
is entitled to one "good" horse,
a dog and a wife."

Well my one good dog,
is sure 'nuff long gone,
it's been seven or eight years,
since ol' Cody passed on.

When it comes to good horses,
I've had more than my share,
still the one that stood out,
was the little red mare.

Yes I am one lucky cowboy,
I have been blessed in this life
with a good horse and dog,
and a wonderful wife!
